Oral-B toothbrush that made teeth whiter in 'one week' cut to £23 (2025)

After years of eating and drinking, teeth can start to discolour and plaque can build up if not properly cleaned. While a manual toothbrush is okay, dentists recommend an electric toothbrush to best keep teeth in tip top condition. Oral-B has built up reputation as a trusted brand when it comes to dental care and shoppers can currently nab the Oral-B Vitality Pro Electric with a 54 per cent discount.

Now £22.99, the deal saves shoppers £27 as the toothbrush typically retails for £50. The Amazon deal is a smart time to make the switch to an electric device, or you can upgrade two people's toothbrushes for £46 instead of £100. The Oral-B toothbrush comes in three colours, with the blue reduced to £22.99, black now £25 and lilac even cheaper at £22.50. This Amazon deal is cheaper than you'll find the same toothbrush at Superdrug and Argos.

Users can experience three cleaning modes - Daily Clean, Sensitive and Sensitive Plus, and a quadrant two minute timer vibrates to let the user know that they should move on to cleaning the next section of their mouth. The toothbrush uses the brand's signature round brush heads and replacement heads are readily available as all Oral-B heads are compatible.

Now priced from £22.50, the Oral-B Vitality Pro Electric is one of the most affordable electric toothbrushes on the market, but according to reviews, its budget-friendly price tag doesn't mean it scarifies on performance. One person echoed this by writing: "I got this for my partner and he 100% feels like his teeth are cleaner. The quality for the price is very good, especially as some electric toothbrushes are insanely pricey nowadays. This does the same thing for an affordable price."

In comparison, the SURI Sustainable Electric Toothbrush retails for £75, or £95 for a UV travel case, too. The eco-friendly brush has received glowing feedback, with more than 10,000 people leaving reviews and earning the product a score of 4.9 out of five. It is over £50 more expensive than Oral-B's offering, however, the battery life is around 40 days, whereas shoppers are less impressed with the Oral-B battery life saying it 'needs charging frequently'.

When it comes to performance, the Oral-B Vitality toothbrush comes up trumps, making teeth not only feel cleaner, but look cleaner as well. Someone said: "After 1 week teeth are whiter and feel cleaner and breath doesn't smell at the end of the day either. Because of that I even cancelled my dental hygienist appointment. Three speeds are okay but level 1 feels too slow and sometimes stops so I use level 2 or 3. The brush heads are not too expensive to replace so I am quite happy with the product."

Another user wrote: "This tooth brush is excellent, three settings, makes my teeth feel like I've been at the dentist every day." And a third shared: "Well constructed and comfortable design, the built in timer is amazing, no more guessing 2 mins. It vibrates every 30 seconds so you know when to move to a different section of your mouth. Decent battery life and fast charging time."

Someone who was new to the world of electric toothbrushes has been left impressed, explaining that 'this product makes my teeth feel exceptionally so much more cleaner', however, they found that with the toothbrush 'there is nothing to indicate when it is fully charged'.

A second person found the same issue, writing: "Product is very nice but there is no any display light when its charging - don't know its charging or battery full no sign." For a toothbrush that does indicate when it is charging, Superdrug have reduced the Philips Sonicare Electric Toothbrush 6100 by £140. It was £229.99 but is now £89.99.
